What Causes Tightness In Chest And Tenderness In Breast?
Symptoms began with a stiff neck and upper backache like a muscle strain. Then a slight tightness in check (not like extreme pressure but just tightness with a cough like possible the beginning of a respiratory thing.) Muscle ache and extreme tenderness in the breasts . Aspirin seems to help but wasn t sure if it was the start of a type of flu.

Hi,
It may be due to some cardiac problem, so get e.c.g done and send me the report.
If e.c.g is ok then it may be treated simply by declofenac + thiocochicoside combination three times a day.
Apply hot packs for 30 mins in morning and evening.
