Hello I am a young girl of 21 who feels sad all the time. I have such a tightness in my chest and can hardly breathe. I'm never happy anymore, and I can sit down and cry over nothing.

I ka sleep all day long and I can not bear to get up in the morning to go to school

I think you are suffering from psychiatric illness rather than pulmonary disease. Consult your psychiatrist for depression and sadness of mood. You should also check your thyroid levels. Some times hypothyroidism can cause similar symptoms.
