What Causes Tightness In Chest?
my father suffering from chest pain for the last 3 days in the left arm, below chest and its tight betweenarm & chest, while comparing right side which is loose.he has done the bypass surgery 12 years back.He 75 years old.

I can understand your concern.
It would be advisable to get an evaluation done with ECG and consult your doctor for the same as it can be a possibility that the grafts may have been blocked. If it is normal then it could be GERD which will settle with antacids.
