What Causes Tightness In The Chest And Weakness In Legs?
I have an elderly friend who is experiencing a tightness/lump in her chest and at the same time weakness in her legs to the point that she must stop because she's having difficulty walking. She has had her heart checked and there are no apparent blockages of the arteries. Thanks.

A progressive muscular weaknening condition needs ro be considered, as it warrants a detailed physical neurological examination, a local neurologist can be consulted.
