What Causes Tightness In The Throat?

I have one half of my original tyroid due to acdf fusion,anterior and posterior. I get scratcy tightness in m y throat along with allergic feeling in my eyes and skin. even thou my tsh is normal should I see a specialist for the thyroid?they say that just a thyroid test doesent t always tell the whole thyroid situation.

I would suggest you to visit an endocrinologist for proper evaluation of thyroid gland. There are a number of tests other than TSH including radioactive iodine uptake scan. He will give proper assessment after thoroughly examining you.
