What Causes Tightness In Throat And Numbness In Chest?
Hello i got into an altercation with someone and was chocked... Since then 3-4 days I realized my neck looks thinner & it became hard to breathe as if my throat is tight & my chest feels numb but when i got checked my vital signs were fine & i was recieving 100 percent oxygen ... What may be the cause of how im feeling ?

don't worry, according to me these symptoms are due to psychological trauma which you received few days ago,if your vitals are stable there is not much to worry about, take a alprazolam tablet at night for 1 or 2 days u will be fine
