What Causes Tingling And Numbness Sensation In The Toe?

Yesterday after I fainted! Out of nowhere! And after I came to my 4 little toes on my left started tingling and went numb! It stays like that for a few hours then it goes away and comes back! I am 28...almost 29! I am trying to get in to see a doctor!
