I ve recently noticed on several occasions thread/fabric from my underwear have been sticking to the tip of my penis. There is no pain but I have recently been feeling pressure/tingling inside my penis as if I have to urinate. However my bladder is empty...and when I do urinate there isn t any pain, just the same pressure when I m through. I have just heard from the doc my cultures from a urine test came back negative for bacteria. No UTI or anything. What else could this possibly be? I m 37 and the doc put me on cipro yesterday.
In my opinion there is nothing to worry it's just mild type of infection which may be due to friction injury by the thread of underwear at tip of urethra. I advice my patients to take plenty of fluids and cranberry juices.
