hi i have a stinging at the tip of my penis a lot of the time.no marks or discharge.it seems wet all the time and i have to keep returning to the toilet and my urine dribbles out after the main stream.i have taken a course of antibiotics but they made no difference.

It may be some infection in urine or urethritis (or STI). Take plenty of water. Keep the area clean. Check urine for culture. You may need urethral swab if culture is negative.
