What Causes Tingling In Arms And Chest Pains In The Evenings?

Hi, I am a 37 year old female and for the past 2 years I have had a "heaviness" feeling in my upper left arm and tingling in fingers. I sometimes have slight chest pain or heaviness in my chest, when I exercise I do not suffer from chest pains. It seems to be worse in the evenings, when I wake in the morning I feel much better. My heart sometimes feels as though it skips a beat or "jumps" in my chest. Should I be concerned?

The heaviness in your left arm needs some investigation especially since you are having chest pain you should atleast get done ECG and 2D ECHO. If this is normal Than in my opinion you might have nerve root compression at vertebral level. MRI of cervical spine is needed for the diagnosis.
