What Causes Tingling In The Brain Post Chiari Decompression Surgery?

I have had chiari decompression surgery 2 years ago and then had to have a shunt put in...for the last couple weeks i keep getting pressure in my head and tingling in my head usually. on top my head and sometimes the tingling goes into my face..this keeps happening off and on and mostly when I m sitting and laying down..not sure if this is anything to be concerned about
