What Causes Tingling In Toes After An Ankle Sprain?
I twisted my left ankle a 3 weeks ago. I applied ice and ace bandage for 2-3 days and kept it elevated. Swelling is gone. Pain if u turn wrong or go up stairs quickly. I wore a brace with moderate support for 2 weeks. I can bear all my weight on it now. When I m in bed, my toes tingle and feel like they were outside in the cold too long. I m. 37 weeks pregnant.
