Hi,I am Dr. Andrew Rynne (Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My 87 year old mother has been having tingling pain in her lower legs (started several weeks ago) and is now accompanied by redness and burning. She has been to a vascular doctor and he said her circulation was perfect in her lower extremities. Her cardiologist agrees that it is not heart related. A dermitoligist prescribed cortizone cream, which has not helped. We are very concerned, because this condition is getting worse and is now starting to affect her feet and hands and arms.
Hi, As there is no cardiac or vascular causes, it seems that she might be having peripheral neuritis giving this problem. Give her B1, B6, B12 shots or capsules. give her high nourishing food as well. Ok and take care.
