What Causes Tingling Sensation Followed By Numbness In Left Hand?
I have a slight tingling in my left hand at times, and when my arm is bent under my pillow, ive found that my left hand and forearm go to sleep. I have been trying to gain weight this year and am up to 180 pounds, after being around 155 160 for the past 10+. Ive been doing curls with resistance bands and i also play keyboard at home, i wasn t sure what could be the cause of this. i easily get anxiety attacks when i cant figure out whats wrong with me, but im assuming it s not anything major because im pretty fit and have a normal blood pressure

Due to compression of nerve root in cervical spine there is tingling numbness in your arm and pain associated with it.
I will advise you to MRI cervical spine for better diagnosis.
For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic like pregabalin and methylcobalamin medication can be started consulting your doctor.
Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
