What Causes Tingling Sensation From Chest To Arms/fingers While Urinating?

I am having extreme urgency regarding having to urinate, when I am urinating have a tingling sensation that starts in my chest and radiates down my arms to my fingers. It is like an electrical shock. Can you tell me why I have this tingling and what causes it?
