What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Toes And Knee Pain?

Have a concern, in the last week I felt tingling in my toes and some joint discomfort from my knees down, today I noticed a tingling in my feet as well and my toes are turning a shiny red. Just wondering if this will go away on its own or should I see a dr. the tingling is constant but better if wear socks. thanks

Your symptoms are more in favor of sympathic involvement. Do take these measures.
Protect feet from too cold weather.
Keep them warm by wearing socks.
Continue your work and regular exercise.
Consult a physician for your symptoms.
