What Causes Tingling Sensation In Urethra When Suffering From UTI?
I am being treated for a uti, i had sex and started experiencing uti symptoms a few days after. I get them often enough to know what it was. Went to doctor to confirm. Still waiting on results but taking antibiotics in the meantime. Almost done the course and still having a strange tingling but not painful feeling in urethra and it seems to be getting worse. No unusual discharge. Getting concerned because usually antibiotics clears up my utis but this one seems persistant and ive never experienced this tingling before. Its not painful, just strange and distracting.
Dear sir, there is a probability of you having a uti which will be confirmed by the lab tests.Possibilities for the tingling sensation in the urethra could be due to persistent uti by an organism which may not have been covered by the antibiotics taken by you already.Lab tests if identifies an organism will guide in further medications and i suggest you consult your family doctor with the reports...all the best
