What Causes Tingling Sensation In Urethra?

Hi. I have a tingling sensation in my urethra. I m a 39 ur old male. Started last Saturday. I thought I had an std and went to clinic. They put me on mess for stds and for a uti. No painful urinating. Only tingling in urethra and some drippage. I appreciate any help. All tests came back negative for uti, and stds.

HI
Well come to HCM
If the test for UTI are unremarkable then the tingling sensation or urethra could be due nonspecific reason at the most tiny stone need to be ruled out and for that you need to get done the x-ray, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
