What Causes Tingling Under My Testicles And Anus?

Im 24 years old and i have a weird tingle under my sack and anal area it makes me feel like i want to pee. I drank lots of water then it went away. Now days later pain in my testicle and burning when I finish peeing, the burning comes and goes different days. I notice my urine is cloudy. I'm not sure here I know you'll say go to a doctor but I wanted to get an opinion first.

It may be due to urinary tract infection and local anti-fungal infection. Test for urine complete and urine culture test and consult a doctor.
