What Causes Tinnitus Along With Earache And Fluid Discharge From The Ears?

I have bilateral ringing, with burning and fluid excretion at times.Pain in left ear is severe with burning inside at times.Like sand paper rubbed against the an arm. Sometimes, the pain goes away and it will switch ears.Or like right now, no pain, just am radio rining in both ears. at times, only one rings. The lest ear is the worst.I put bengay in the left ear to kill the pain.But the ringing stays.It feels like the inside is swollen, and then all of a sudden, it gives and fluid enter my ear canal.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from acute pharyngitis with middle ear infection with labyrinthitis with ASOM. Avoid cool drinks and chill water. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid water entry I to ears while bathing. Use tablet Alday FC twice a day for five days. Use tablet Amoxiclav twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
