Methamphetmine stresses the cardiovascular system. BUT it is when the drug is there and not when it is not taken. In this context the drug is gone and then symptoms after that are not likely to be the drug and are likely to be coincedental. The few exceptions are if there was heart attack. If there was psychological effects and worries about it (generally this is a mild problem with reassurance or a few sessions of cognitive behavioral therapy all that is needed). And if it was smoked, there can be a bit of lung irritaiton like smoking cigarettes. Clears up eventually.
