What Causes Tinnitus, Ear Pressure, Feeling Of Unsteadiness And Nausea?

Ear pressure/fullness.....tinnitus constant, sometimes additional sounds heard in both ears. Feeling of unsteadiness...With occasional nausea for 3yrs on/off. More recently congested too due to having a cold which has heightened all my previous symptoms?

Hello. Welcome to hcm
Your symptoms mostly suggest inner ear pathology, probably vestibulitis or meniers disease.
It is advisable to meet ENT specialist who would take complete history, do few tests and have proper diagnosis.
Kindly do not take any over the counter medications which can make the real problem or aggregate it.
Hope it helped
