What Causes Tiny Ball That Pops Out Of A Vein On The Neck While Talking Loudly?

my daughter is five and when she yells or cries or even talks loudly, their is a little tny ball that pops out of a vein on the right side of her neck. It is pretty small but quite prominent of a little ball and goes back to normal when she stops the straining. What could this be?

If your daughter is thin built , it is normal.
If you see this frequently whenever she cries and shouts, it may be Laryngocele- Throat larynx is popping out through muscular dehiscense . It will reduce and disappear when she grows. If it persists you get an opinion from ENT specialist. Hope this answer clears your query
