What Causes Tiny Black Spots In The Stool?

my 14month old son has tiny black spots "like pepper" in his fecal matter. he also has red itchy bumps on his left leg and a little on his right. his bumps have been there at least 2 weeks now and the black specs started friday what could it be and are they related?

I really appreciate your concern, what the skin condition is there could be due to allergic condition but the fecal material contained could be due to the diet taken if the stool condition remains as it is even after changing the diet then stool needs to be sent for testing and for the skin condition I would suggest to use the Diphenhydramine lotion over all it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
