hi doc i had unprotected sex and couple weeks after i saw very little bumps then some of the bumps went away a thought a was ok but im stil seeing some of the bumps they are very tiny, theres no pain or itching but a need to get rid of these little bumps a hope its nothing serious most of it is located on the shaft

According to your history it is a sexually transmitted iinfection either genital warts or molluscum contagiosum. I would recommend you to go to a doctor and get them removed.
