What Causes Tiny Cuts On The Back Of A 7 Year Old?
My 7 year old daughter has 8 little marks (tiny cuts or bites) on her back and neck that are bleeding a little. Most are in spots that were covered by her shirt and she can t reach all of them so I don t think she s scratching. Could these be bed bug bites or flea bites or something else altogether?

By what you quote it seems that your child probably has got insect bite.
In insect bite, there is redness, swelling and slight bleeding at the site.
Apply mupirocin cream locally.
