What Causes Tiny Red Bump On The Shaft Of The Penis?

I had unprotected sex about two days before I developed a sore throat and a tiny red bump on the shaft of my penis. The bump didn t hurt to the touch, only when I squeezed it. Even then, it didn t hurt much. The bump revealed itself surrounded by fordyce spots that have been there for awhile now. Regarding my sore throat, it only hurt on the right side and only when I swallowed or yawned. The sore throat has lasted about 4 days, but the bump is hardly visible. I haven t experienced any pain urinating or ejaculating. No other pain has presented itself, but I do have a lot of anxiety. Please help me relieve some stress.
