IM 15 YESTERDAY, AND I GOT OUT OF THE SHOWER LASTNIGHT AND I SAT ON THE LEDGE OF THE TUB AND WAS DRYING OFF WHILE I NOTICED THESE LITTLE WHITE BUMPS ON MY TESTICULAR SACK, I WAS WORRIED TO TALK TO MY DAD AND I DIDNT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE OR WHAT I NEEDED TO DO, THEY KINDA RESEMBLE PIMPLES

Dear friend you are growing up and now 15. The little white bumps on the scrotal skin are small small sebaceous cysts.
They ought to occur.
I would advise you to keep the area ventilated wherever possible.
Do not use tight garments
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
Clean the area at least twice a day with plain water.
Do not pop them.
