What Causes Tiredness After Taking Chest Pain Medicines?
hi doctor im anju ,yesterday my mother went to the doctor coz she is having severe leftside chestpain and left leg oedematous also, so the doctor prescribed tab.restful for 1week , tab.seplix.b po bid, dyspenil .d po bid, and tab.imont -l po tid ... plss tellme the actions of these tablets coz she feels tiredness after taking this meds. thank uu
Tab restful has been given for reducing her anxiety, Seplix is for reducing swelling and inflammation, Imont is antihistaminic (for reducing allergy) and Depsonil (if you have wrongly written Depsonil as Dyspenil is for reduction of acid production in stomach. Tiredness could be due to Imont or restful as they may make the patient drowsy and lethargic.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Anoop Kumar, General & Family Physician
