What Causes Tiredness And Back Pain?
I feel like I m pregnant. I have all of the signs like I did when I was pregnant with my son. But I am getting negative results. I m kinda worried it took almost two months to show up on tests when I was pregnant with my 2 year old. I have no idea what to do :( My back is killing me, I m so tired all the time and having troubles falling asleep. I m eating and that ssomething I don t do often, I m craving foods and everything to. Please help me? Amber

These are not sure signs of pregnancy.
If the symptoms persist, it is better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
We have to rule out possibilities like anemia and thyroid disorders as they can present with similar symptoms.
