What Causes Tiredness And Raised BP?

What is it if a person is hot and tired and felt fine yesterday and resting heart rate was measured at 148bpm right after sitting up from a horizontal position and then measured at 90bpm 3 different times a few minutes later but their blood pressure is consistantly from (146-155)/119 what do you suggest?

This could be normal one may be due to some anxiety and stress, but such condition can be taken as granted and it would be better to ruled out some cardiac elements and for this EKG is advisable, else this is not much to worry, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
