What Causes Tiredness, pain In Back, neck And Shoulders And Twitching In Heart?

I am 40 years old male. From the last few months i feel sleepy and tired all the time. Even if i run for a short distance say half a km i start breathing heavily and have to stop for a few minutes. My back, neck and shoulders hurt almost all the time. Lately i also feel like the upper left portion of my heart has this twitching feeling every now and then.

Hi welcome to HCM.
Chest heaviness with sensation of pain referring to upper back and neck should be carefully evaluated for coronary artery disease.I advice you to have a screening EKG and a tread mill testing.A 2 dimensional echo of heart can rule out organic lesions.Coronary angiography and angioplasty can offer definite treatment results.Regular monitoring of your blood pressure is essential.Consult your doctor for further queries.
Thank you
