Hi,

From your description, it appears as though you are expelling endometrial casts during every menstrual period. This can happen when there is a thick endometrial lining to be shed, with endometritis, and also as part of a natural process.

Pain is experienced when the uterus contracts to expel the cast and the cervix opens to accommodate the larger ones.

There is no need to worry, especially when there is no risk of any infection or pregnancy. You can use uterine antispasmodics to ease the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shanti Vennam,
