It looks like your partner had been
bleeding after intercourse, since the red pieces bleed on touching, it can be small
blood clots commonly from the cervix but it can be from the labia or urethra. It may be caused due to
vaginal dryness or lack of adequate lubrication and injury due to friction during sex or rough sex. Vaginal tearing due to vigorus sex.
Inflammation in the tissue and vagina may lead to bleeding commonly seen in
cervicitis, vaginitis, PID and STD. Other medical conditions are polyp or cancer. You are suggested to get your partner clinically examined by a gynecologist. Get routine blood tests,
urinalysis, imaging tests, STD tests, etc to detect the pathology causing the symptoms. She will be treated accordingly. In the meantime, use vaginal lubricants before sex. Avoid rough sex.
