What Causes To Have Delayed Periods, Cramps, Back Pain And Headache With Negative Pregnancy Result?

I am pretty sure my cycle is late. Having cramps , back pain, headaches, some nausea and dizziness . I don't think I'm pregnant. Took a test last Friday and it said no, but just realized I may have taken it too early. How long should I wait to take another test?

All the symptoms mentioned may be due to pregnancy , so get in home pregnancy test 7 days after menses due date.
2nd possible reason may be tension ( stress ) of pregnancy as nausea cramps , dizziness are an indication of anxiety or tension .
3rd most probable reason may be urinary tract infection . Diagnosis can be confirmed by urine examination and culture.
In my opinion still wait for 7-10 days after period due date ,then get in home pregnancy test .
If still negative then consult a gynecologist and get his opinion.
