What Causes Tossing And Turning And Disturbed Sleep In An Infant?

I don t understand why my 11 month old wakes up 3 to 4 times through out the night tossing and turning not so much crying just stirring around tremendously I feed and bathe him before bed and it still occur what should I try to do to help prevent this
