What Causes Trembling Of Fingers?

Hello I am 50 I am 260 pound about 80 pounds overweight My hands tremble from time to time when holding objects especially my fingers worse when I get less sleep. If I sit for long periods of time my arms seem to tingle and I do have trouble remembering facts from time to time. there is no history of parkison or alsheimers im my family. Are these caused simply by old age, the need for more sleep and my weight?

Dear
there are some factors which needs to be exluded before acusing age for your symptoms.
First you need to do some blood test to exlude aenemia, thyroid disfunction.
A neurological exam would be very helpful to exlude Parkinsonism.
If all of them are normal than you should avoid stress, caffeine drinks, lose some weight and drink chamomile tea
Regards
