Dear Sir, Welcome! Erectile dysfunction or loss of libido are common complications with diabetes. Your sugars would have been in elevated state for a long time leading to these problems. But dont worry nearly 70-80 % of patients do well with sugar control and high dose multivitamins. You should be able to reach you normal sexual function with 6 months to 1 year. Keep checking your sugars regularly and keep them under good control. Till the time you reach the satisfactory level tablets like sildenafil, tadalafil or udenafil will be useful. Use these kind of tablets after a complete cardiac evaluation. All the best! Do get back if you need any assistance Dr.Riyaz Sheriff

HI Thanks for posting your query .
There are many causes for delayed ejaculation ( Orgasm ) Most of the time it will be anxiety or Psychological causes .
I would like to know is there any difficulty in having ejaculation ( Orgasm ) while masturbating . If not tried do it and let me know .
If there is no difficulty in having ejaculation ( Orgasm ) while masturbating then it means the problem is Psychological and you need to consult a Psychiatrist . But If there is difficulty in having ejaculation ( Orgasm ) while masturbating then it means the problem is physical which requires evaluation .
Kindly do this and revert back as soon as possible .
