Don't worry about your condition.
Here are few possibility.
1.You have difficult breath and
chest pain while crying, angry or stress condition.Try to avoid stress as per history it seem to be simple
anxiety induce
panic attack.
Better you involve your self in some regular activity , meat with friends and try to avoid anger.do regular exercise and avoid situation that lead to stress or anger.
2.second this can be because of some respi condition like
bronchitis or cold if headache, cough etc present.if respi symptoms increasing chest x ray or pulmonary function test helpful.
3.The pain might be simple muscular.It can be because of viral infection, bad sleep posture or overexercision.simple
analgesic is helpful.
4.If still chest pain increasing then ECG will be done to investigate further.
Just now maintain healthy life style with regular exercise and avoid stress.
If stress will not controlled by these then drug can be given like alprazolam.
