What Causes Tugging Pinching Pain On Left Lower Pelvis?
I have a light pinching feeling on the right side of my pelvis where my ovaries are. It was pretty constant last week an now it is barely there. I only feel it when I feel the need to urinate or after I drink a lot of sodas. I m not pregnant. What is wrong?

Your pain can be either due to ovaries or ureter pathology.I would recommend you to get an ultrasound done and also since suspicion of kidney stone is possible it is aadvisable to do a KUB xray and a CT scan to detect stones of small size. Also drink a lot of water and cranberry juices, small stones may pass through the tract with water.

Hi, read and understood your problems of pain in the right lower pelvis where your ovary would be. It was constant for one week and now you feel it when you pass urine or drink lot of sodas.
The most probable reason I can think of is the impacted stone in the right lower ureter.
If I were a treating Doctor for you, I would send your samples of urine and blood for tests and ask for an ultrasonography of the abdomen and pelvis to get to the diagnosis.
Then I would ask the Urologist to go for further tests and if possible to band the stone in the ureter ans put a stent to make you symptom-free first.
Appropriate antibiotics will be added along with symptomatic and supportive treatment as may be required.
