Hi doctor, I m 29 y/o, female, working in office environment. Non smoker and alcohol. Seldom excercise. Normally I used to eat at home with home cook without any MSG. I found that my urine is turbid after 2-3hours of heavy meal if I have meal at outside. Sometimes it could be very worst as similar as milk with little yellowish. It become back to clear urine after 2nd urine. After I found this I try to reduce the gravy or soup when I have outside meal during gathering. The turbid look is reduce. It could back to normal after the 1st turbid urine. I done blood test and everything are within the range. Except thyroid test and cholesterol test. I m thyroid patient and taking carbimazole since 2013 November. I tried to get consultation on this issue but failed becoz couldn t get the urine sample to test as I don t have to take heavy meal habit. Is only once a while when have event and I m not expected with that turbid urine happen as I tried to control it. Looking forward doctor s advice Thank you
