What Causes Twisted Colon?

I was told that I have a twisted colon they had to use a child microscope to get in and see doing a biopsy on some tissue he took out but said he would talk to me in a week about what we can do what does that mean a twisted colon is it bad I ve been in a lot of pain

Twisted colon here mean most probably volvulus as you have severe pain.
This must have found due to:
Localized bloating on left side.
Finding on X-ray of the abdomen in standing position.
CT scan of the abdomen.
Yes, when this is suspected or if there is suspicion of stricture, cancer or so they may need a smaller scope.
Well, whatever get the further studies as soon as possible so that you get an early diagnosis and a plan for proper curative treatment.
