What Causes Twitches In Limbs?

hey, past few months ive been noticing small twitchs throughout my limbs like seeing little pulsing under the skin, also had bigger twitches in my legs and arms where they d jerk suddenly, been noticing alot of weakness too and despite the fact i work out alot at college my muscles seem to be decreasing rather than increasing, also having trouble with my hands like doing up buttons, writing with a pen and more often or not i drop stuff and cant quite hold it properly, is this something that will eventually go away?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Your condition needs a neurological examination by a specialist to test the muscles, nerves, tests for the muscle activity and nerve conduction in addition to some labs. This should not be ignores rather should be investigated energetically without delay. There are certain conditions of the muscle and nerves which can cause this. Make a detailed note of your symptoms in the chronological order. Any bowel or bladder habit changes?

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. George Verghese, Orthopedic Surgeon
