What Causes Twitching In Eye After Doing Cardio?
When I do hard cardio my left eye twitches, now on my day off from the gym the same eye has bloody show on the white of my eye??? I am a very healthy 37 year old woman but have been doing a lot of hard cardio lately and that s when I noticed the excessive eye twitch?

The eye twitches are often due to fasciculations wich can occur in any individual. It is not related to your cardio workout directly but could have been noticed by you after it. You can ignore the symptom and expect it to disappear naturally. You can take tablet B-complex, daily , if it remains persistent.
