Dear Doctor my right thigh muscle has been getting twitches (5-10 daily over the last couple of week). Each twitch lasts for about 5 seconds. The twitch occurs at about the exact loctation where my Blackberry mobile phone comes to rest in my pocket. I do not appear to suffer any adverse effects from the twitching. I note that I also sometimes put my mobile phone in my left pocket but I have not had twitches in my left thigh. I look forward to your diagnosis
