the outside of both of my ears twitch non-stop. they constantly move up and down and get pulled back flat against my head. I have searched everywhere for answers and have found nothing. the only ear twitch information I find is just talking about the inside of an ear twitching. I have had this problem for over 2 years now and I can t stand it anymore. please help!

This is a condition wherein the muscles which are actually very inactive in human being. But you have got tics akin to facial tics, meaning the involuntary movements of the muscles. Hence in your case the treatment is every easy: - Consult an ENT Surgeon for a trial of a few medicines like Amitryptiline. - Local injection of Botox too can help, - Local disconnection of the muscles from the ears.
