Neurologist, Surgical 's  Response
The distal biceps tendon injury repair is likely to have compressed the nearby ulnar nerve producing the twitching. However this can be confirmed only by clinical examination and electrophysiological tests. It's better to consult a neurologist for sorting it out as this can later on progress to weakness.
