What Causes Twitching Under The Eye Near The Nose?

the area on the left side of my nose / under my left eye (not sure what its called) has been sorta twitching / bumping most the day should i be concernd? it doesn't hurt anywhere but its annoying and can see the twitch in the mirror, im not sleep deprived or stressed and dont really have a history of twitching. any ideas?
