What Causes Ulcers In The Genital Area With Swelling And Inflammation In Vagina?
A few days ago three ulcers appeared on my genital area. A couple days later I noticed multiple bumps. Some were red and other white but they were not in clusters. The sores and bumps are not painful, only when they are touched. My labia is a little swollen and red. I ve had a milky discharge. Is it herpes?

Herpes is top the list in the Differential Diagnosis. Granuloma Inguinale another STD can also present this way. Treatment is different. WHO advises "Syndromic Treatment" where all Genital ulcers are treated together, so that patients don't have to come back for lab reports & disease is not spread.Please see your Doctor.
