Hello thanx fr consult.oit could be due t so many drugs.u rinse-salt water gargle.pt needs immediate care.so tske a consult with oral physicisn fr a chck up.can use topical anesthetics and analgesics fr pain.also use topicsl antiseptics.hp it helps.tc
